    Arcserve does not restore shares in Windows NT. You have to restore the following registry key: My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Shares. Reboot the server. I hope this help !!!!

    Some databases (NSF files) are not shown when I click the Plus icon (+) on "Lotus Notes Server"("Source" Tab) in Arcserve. The arcserve version is 6.61 build 834SP2A. The backup agent version is 2. Can anyone help me ? Thanks, CoralBrazil.

    I have Windows NT 4.0 (SP6A) with Lotus Notes 4.52. The Acserve version is 6.5 (buid 600) and Lotus Notes Agent is version 2.0. I got the error message: Error E8602 DBagent error - (101) \"Createfile failed\".Can anyone help me ??? Thanks.
