    This is great, however the operating system involved is Windows XP. I did try and identify the correct reg entry but it all appears to have changed. Any XP answer?

    I have a user of Outlook 2002, who has entered her password in the account details, requested that the system remembers it, however everytime she closes Outlook & reloads, it clears the password field. Has anyone seen this behaviour before?
