Hello, I have updated to IE 7 and am now noticing black patches appearing on my browser. If I press the F5 button, it seems to refresh some of the black area, but not all. Has someone else experienced this and if so, what is the resolution?

The gray was suppose to be the background of the prison. The prison layer is by itself and I wanted the search light to move across the prison. Which it's not doing. Thanks for helping.

What I was trying to get it to do was to show the prison and just have the searchlight going over the building with the building showing through. I guess I messed it up.
