    No reponse from Effects button in Display Settings

    hey I also got the same problem : no response from the Effecs button. It seams that I installed something wrong. Could it be a Windows patch installed using the Microsoft Windows Update. The last ones I installed are differents Critical and securoty updates and Windows Mpvie Maker 2.
