Simply put, when i try to execute anything assoicated with windows explorer, XP just stalls then the screen flashes off for a split second and then back to the original configuration. Without any window appearing.

its not an installation problem. i have the correct browsers installed. they wil load up, but i cant view anything in the browser.
i read that if you have server side includes then DW doesnt preview, but i dont have that.
