I have two ISA servers. I need both of them to share one connection. The people on the second server need to be able to access msn, yahoo and email. Please let me know how to do this.

which kind of proxy you use?
if this proxy have cleint like ( Microsoft proxy II, ISA ,wingate )install the proxy client ..and you will find the MSN and working with now problem .

and you can monitor all your client
filtering the sites & all the protocols you need
