    this is an addendum to an (posted here) earlier fault, i have tried to reload Win2K, but machine wont complete re-install ( same as before) it just goes in to reboot mode, this time whilst installing devices ... is there anything else i can try ? what makes a machine just reboot?

    Nero was running fine , i installed imagedrive.exe ( as supplied, a standalone program with Nero ) and upon the reboot the problem started, i have uninstalled the imagedrive.exe standalone and it doesn't make any difference i can't get the startup monitor to load as it will not work in Safe...

    I have a PC running w2k, Today just after loading Nero Immagedrive software will now not boot properly in regular mode, when it gets to the logon screen it auto shuts down and does a hard reboot. However in safe mode this does not happen, it will stay "up" any clues please ?
