Bell Tech was eventually (with help of Nortel techs) able to reset.

Tried 0000 pwd, tried the default password, tried the current admin pwd. After the re-boot from the tape, the default admin pwd let us in SYSTEM of mermail, but not TOOLS.

Need to access TOOLS section of meridian mail but keep getting incorrect password error. Had Bell techs investigate, they re-booted from tape to reset admin passwords, but still same error. They seem to have given up. Any suggestions?

I have a number of users with 2616 with multiple lines. Only one use hears a loud beep in earpiece when on one line, and a second line rings. Did a prt on all phones but can't tell why only this one beeps.
