Yes the bursting is working. We have a Web Server at the same location and routinely pay bursting charges. What is happening is that the email package sends X number of newsletters to postfix per hour, however, Postfix gets behind very quickly. Let's say we serve 50K to postfix in the first...- Christian2

Hardware for performance
We are experiencing poor performance from Postfix when sending out our corporate email newsletter. We have 450,000 emails that take approximately 9 hours send. Postfix is running on a Sun Netra T1 105 440 MHz with 512 MB RAM, sitting on a T1 with burstable bandwidth to T3 level. Any suggestions?- Christian2
