Turn off call forwarding
We have a definity G3 and one of the phones (an alalog line) id set to forward to another extension. The COS of the phone has console permissions and I tried #2 on the phone to undo the forward - no go. I believe the prior admin set the forward up through the GEDI. How can I get this phone out...- TeleNewbie
