    Thanks Inq, The address lists are set up to replicate but if I add new users to the NT 4 Exch 5.5 site, then the users in the 2000 sites cannot see them. This has all started since the 2000 site changed from mixed mode to full Active Directory. I think that this has someting to do with 2000...

    Public folders are held on Exch 5.5 for that site. The Exch 5.5 site users also have access to some Public folders in other sites (WIN 2000/Exch 2000) within the Organisation. These folders are accessible to the Exch 5.5 site users form within Outlook 2000. Regards Cstoffel
