Hi all,
I have Nd = MICS 4.1 & I will be having another Nc = MICS 4.1 USA XC .
What is the deference between the 2?
I have a backup of the 1st system can I use the restore tool to program the 2nd system ? or is it better to start programming from scratch?
I am using NRU 10.0
Any input will...

Thanks for the reply,
I know that it is a part number, but it is a part number for MICS SW card and this is all what I have on it.
is there a way to know the sofware version for this part number?
If you are using T1 no Pri then you have no caller Id, and many companies are now using telemarketing block devices to block calls from callers with no caller id.
This may be the reason.
I have physically assigned all channels to 2 phones and physically pressed those buttons and I made sure I do not have a dead channel.
The last log I had Evt.265-241 time 10:03
Thanks for the replies,
The programming is good (all E&M), some of the users are experiencing (no service) on lines some times but it moves from one line to another.
The Telco did monitor the T1 for a while and they say it is clean
