Try program RSSTAT20. Once executed you can double-click on a line, then click on the "All Details" button. Scroll down and see the "Terminal ID" entry.
The user does not need to be logged in currently for this to work.

I would start first with the proven method of "divide and conquer". Do not try to fix everything at once. Sit down and say, "OK, over the next 30 days, I am going to get accounts payable invoices to post against purchase orders"...
