I just upgraded to windows 2000 and now whenever I try to access the internet, the first couple of pages load very fast, but then the third or fourth load extremely slowly if at all. I have the same problem with both IE and Netscape. I appreciate any help... its driving me nuts.

Thanks for the help. I discovered what the problem is. A user can only be a member of 16 groups. This user was a member of 20. It did not take the last four groups even though they were listed by the groups command. After removing him from 4 groups that he no longer needed, everything works...
