    Thanks for your suggestions. Tried all of that,though, even some other weird solutions that MS had in their KB. Reregistered the ACCWIZ.dll. Renamed the system tables,and recreated them. Checked and tried a new Acwzusr.mdt. Checked and reassigned file permissions.

    not seeing all of the slots in the library

    SCSI termination is fine. We found the answer from another dell user. The library has 20 slots, #1 is reserved for a mailslot to import and export media. By going into the administrative menu on the NAS unit itself, we were able to change the mailslot to a regular slot. We just had to reboot...

    not seeing all of the slots in the library

    We have a Dell NAS 128t with 20 slots. 10 for each drive. When we check the slots in backup exec. we only see 19 slots. We have just started using this software and we are not as familiar with it as we would like to be at this point. Has anybody else encountered this?
