I actually found the problem. I installed the ADC on a AD controller that wasn't the global catelog. As soon as I installed the ADC on the global catelog, it allowed me to move mailboxes from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000. Thanks for everyones help. PerryC

Actually there is no error. The problem is that from the Active Directory Users and Computers, when I select a username/exchange tasks - there is no option for move mailbox.
