I have now tried upgrading flash by 4Mb (12Mb total): no luck
Also, DRAM upgrade (to 12Mb) doesn't work - it even kill the TinyOS after the initial dialogue!

I have a config that works fine for simple dial-out via ISDN from an 803 to a remote 801.
When I extend the network to allow dial-out to 20 remote 801s the config fails to save into (central) 803 router memory when loaded from Config-maker.
Is this likely to be a memory problem?
Any ideas...
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm a Cisco newbie - struggling with a pair of 803s that I need ultimately to use for remote access to a LAN on another site.
To get a feel for setups/IOS, I tried to use FastStep to setup one 803 for simple Internet access. It goes so far then says ISP...
