Problem: When a user on the network logs into Terminal Services, the server dials up to the internet. This is causing huge phone bills for the people using it, and they cannot afford the cost of a broadband connection. Any ideas? If anyone wants more details I'll get them posted up.
Try this:
Go into the Control Panel, open the Power Options icon. In the Power Options window that appears, set the 'System Standby' option to never, then click OK.
Microsoft seem to assume everyone wants their PC to fall asleep by itself after an hour or so of sitting idle.

I'm having a rather annoying problem with Windows XP Pro. Whenever My Documents is redirected to a network share it forces it to be available offline. It also prevents this feature being turned off again, even for subfolders.
