Mitch don't know if this will help you at all, I doubt it. But I believe the problems on my server came about as a result of some tampering. Did anyone ever shared a internet conection with a USB ADSL Modem???
I've found that the ICS stuff can be a little flaky and have had some horrible BSOD's as a result of using it. Try something like Wingate or winroute. Wingate installed on the server works beautifully for me. The only problem I've found is an inconsistancy as to wether to install the wingate...- Andy242w
