Getting rid of opening director splash screen when the projector runs
Sounds like you do not have a fully legal copy of Director! Read what it says on the splash screen when it runs. You may be running a 30 day trial or educational version. I used Authorware many years back and moved onto Director. They are fundementally different and you will be starting from scratch.
