Kris, Thank you for the input. You're right that keeping the existing desksets is a huge cost savings. The features of the definity are outstanding. However, the culture shock that may be realized by the company is also something to consider. Laura- LauraE

We're considering upgrading our current Norstar Meridian system and our options at this point are upgrade to ICS or go for the big capital outlay and go with the Avaya Definity Prologix with UM.
