Thanks for the idea. I've tried that previously and when we use 8410D model phones and hit that autodial button it will dial all of the digits before the comma and then quit. Almost like it forgets that there are still numbers after the commas.
We have an Avaya Definity G3 R10 connected to an Octel Serenade 200. Currently we can use 2 autodial buttons on 8110 model phones to semi-automatically log into our voicemail boxes. We do this by making one of the autodial buttons dial our voicemail hunt group and the other autodial ##<security...
I've found that depending on the OS I use I get different results depending on the settings I use.
I believe under Windows 2000 this works for me:
9600 baud
7 data bits
Even Parity
1 stop bit
Under all other OS's I use:
9600 baud
8 data bits
No Parity
1 stop bit
Kinda strange but it works!
