Chrome's most recent update caused some issues with the client. The InfinityOne client has been updated, contact your system administrator and ask them to perform an update on the UCx.

I have a user that had the same problem. He was launching Outlook without being connected to the server remotely. After a couple of mins of Outlook trying to load, he would get an error message that prompted him to "Cancel" or "Configure", if he did not need the CallPilot message for that...
I have BCM50 1.0 that lost line 4, so we purchased a new BCM50 with 3.0. I have the 1.0 backed up on a thumb drive as well as the laptop. Is it possible to restore the 1.0 configuration to the 3.0?
