Thank you very much. I should have known, but forgot. My hard drive had to be replaced and everything re-installed. I can only think that I must have been asleep not to remember that it's in the windows control panel.

I reinstalled SK98. Everything is ok except when I want to insert a date with ctrl D I get the year in 4 digits like this 8/5/2008: before I had it with 2 digits like that 8/5/08: I would like to have it in 2 digits, but don't know how to change it.

you need a y2k patch for this problem. You can download it from the starfish site. The file is sidekick.exe and cames in a zipformat after unzipping it you just copy it into the program folder and it will replace the old copy. It should work for you.
