    Quark 4.11 locks up on Start up

    I've re-installed Quark and downloaded all of the current upgrades, to 4.11. I try to open the application and it frezzes the computer and I have to resart. I've also ran Norton Utilities but it finds no problems. I'm working on Mac OS 9 . I can operate all other applications fine but no Quark...
