Yes but when you run this as a normal user you get access is denied. To Change IP Address of the PC/Laptop you would need to be an administrator?

We have a XP machine that is running at nearly 100% on the system process most of the time, we have uninstalled the anti virus incase it was that causing the problem and also the PC won't shut down just hangs on the blue background screen.

We are having a problem with Excel and Access, they are both showing up the dates in American Format rather then the British Format. Al the input Locales are set to UK British and there are no traces of American anywhere. How do i set this to the British style dates???? Thank you
