    since u r using htd, what is the cls setting for forward on busy and no answer. It shd be FBA and FNA. Is the call pilot mailbox created for the user? Dial the call pilot number manually from the phoen to check if u r able to access that. Regards panky

    depends what signaling u use. nrmal DTMF wont pass clid. But r2mf will. but r2mf is very slow and almost obsolete. Choice is urs. Regards panky

    What is TMDI?

    hi kenvegas, The TMDI card can be used as both ISDN and non-ISDN. May be ur switch is using the TMDI as non-isdn (i.e. TDI) But both required d-channels for PRI. PRI requires a separate d/b or msdl card while TMDI only requires s/e licesnse. Just my 2 cents Regards panky

    u can apply client side rules to the call pilot inbox. in the settings elect the voice mail is delievered to your outlook inbox and then oice mail will be treated like any other mail. Regards Panky

    and you will need router also. if it is on different network, and depends what connectivity u are having. if u can have a utp then layer 2 switch like baystack or cisco 3540 or 1924 will do. but u will require routers if u are using diferent ip networks. Just my 2 cents Regards panky

    hi, i have done the interfacing but not with the IVR u mentioned. All u need to is configure the LSE1 as 30 analog phoones. Make them member of an ACD.and give the position ids and DNs to ur IVR guy. If u use SCCS, then acquire them in SCCS, craete corrosponding login ids for these 30 ports...
