Does Win2K service packs ruin Windows NT systems?
Just installed Windows 2000 on the computer and it's running great. Most programs and all data is located on the Win 2K server so there was no data to retrieve. I'm going to talk to this so called "senior consultant" soon and see what sort of arrangement we can work out.- theBH

Does Win2K service packs ruin Windows NT systems?
Thank you all for great answers. I was unable to access the "add/remove programs" so I tried repairing windows from boot disks, recovery disk and off course the CD-ROM. Installation works fine but I'm ending up with a blue screen error (BOD) every time I'm booting the computer. ***...- theBH

I'm administering a system consisting of a Windows 2000 server and 10 workstatins. 5 of the workstations run Windows 2000 Professional while the other half runs NT 4.0 Workstation. Everything have been running safe and sound with only small changes the last year. But then only a few days ago...- theBH
