I know that at least with intel wireless, you can set up a bridge. This might be possible with linsys as well. But, be aware, that the bridge connection with 802.11b is only 11 Mbps shared, so all machines share that 11Mbps connection. 802.11a... drool... is out as well, with a lot less...

Josh, according to http://support.intel.com/support/peripherals/xc/XPsupport.htm drivers for this modem are included in windows xp so it should be a breeze! Note however, that if this does not work, there is no support from xircom (intel) :D

nota, You can use xircom pcmcia modems to connect via a mobile phone, in either of two ways: 1. with a special cable nokia 6162 is not listed at http://support.intel.com/support/network/xc/gsmconnect.htm so it probably won't work. It might do if it has the same connector as one of the nokia...
