The problem with this was that the template mail46.ntf was opened from a workstation so the calendar profile defaulted to the server name. To resolve this problem, I had to delete the mail46.ntf from the server and recreate one from a new install of Notes (I used a client install).
After setting up a new Notes client, when the client composes a new mail message, the From field contains the server name instead of their name. I know you need to go into the Calendar Profile and change the server name to their name to fix it but I don't know why it puts the server name there...
FYI, recreating the Notes ID can be done by doing a regular Person Registration and choosing to setup the mail file during setup instead of immediately.
Strange thing happening here. I have a customer who's Notes ID keeps telling him that it expired four years ago yet it lets him into the server to access databases. I certified the ID and it works fine the first time you use it to access the server, but the second time you use it, it comes back...

Looking in the Notes.ini, the NETBIOS number it's referring too is what you have specified in your Server Document under the Networking Configuration in the Public Name and Address Book. Are the protocols specified in the Server Doc present on the system?
You can create an agent on the Inbound SMTP Server to delete mail from that person. Just select SIMPLE ACTION and put the senders name in the ADD SEARCH: AUTHOR FIELD.
So is notes already setup on it and your just trying to add another database to the desktop?

One thing you may wanna check is the location document and verify that it's set to office.

We've got a database that customers send mail to and an autoreply agent that sends a reply to them with some product information. How can I add a formula to the simple action or create a formula that says reply to all e-mails except if the address is <A...
