Slow logon / high Explorer.exe CPU utilization
I have two NT4 TSE servers running Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 functioning as thin client desktops. When a user logs on, it can sometimes take minutes before the hourglass disappears and they can access the desktop. Logon scripts process quickly and the desktop appears but Explorer.exe is consuming up...- jgoyette

Office 97 and W2K/W2K3 Terminal Server
I am configuring a new Windows 2003 Terminal Server farm but unfortunately am stuck with Office 97 Pro for now. Any helpful hints on installing Office 97 in this environment? Basically looking for information on whether I need the compatibility scripts and root drive like NT4 Terminal Services...- jgoyette
