Correct. We still have 3 analog lines that have not yet been disco'ed. If I force the system (an IP Office 406) to use one of those analog lines for the outgoing call, the "call-e" see that number just fine.

We're running the RC of WSUS. Very nice. I've got 10 branch offices over a wide area (300 miles end-to-end). It has a decent reporting feature to let you see which machines need which updates. The new version of the MBSA (not out yet) shuold integrate with WSUS.

O'Reilly books also has an Excellent volume called 'DNS on Windows Server 2003'. You can access it online at their web site. They have an on-line library that you can get a free 14 day trial. It really helpped me. R.Lee
