Hunter... When you select say.. SysSet-up you should get a box that comes up and asks for a file name to print to in AMS format. I always let it do print and it prints to the screen. If you want a text file then select export at the top of the screen, there you can rename the file to whatever...

I do a lot of programming of Magix and 4412 type phones. The problem is I have to have Line 1 on the button #23 position. I need to autolinsel Line #1 and have found no way to go from one page on the WinSPM to the next so I can do autolinsel from line 1 to line 2 which resides on pg 2. Any help...

I cannot get to Line one which is set up on the top left button. How can I set autolinsel on a button on page 2? HELP!

Without Call Accounting software or someone there to utilize the *57 (this would intail using a TRK-ID button and dial access to the trunk), the only other choice would be to time out your messages to where between certain hours a closed message will be played via vectoring. Wish I had better news.

It is a maintenance issue. We are replacing the processor and flash card per Avaya due to a major alarm.

Yes the SAT is locked up. I did find that the modem connected to the switch was not answering, we are replacing, but I am not suree this was the cause. Any info would be appreciated!

I have a terminal that has locked up and is only showing user 1.. user2.. etc.. at the top of the screen. Any suggestions? Power cycling the modem and the terminal has not helped....

This occurring only on 6402 phones, the 6408d+ phones with the same COR and ring setting is working properly. Thanks for the info though.

I have all users getting only 2 rings, all other digital phones are working fine. Any suggestions????

The terminal has been replaced with a new one and is still going to self test then back to the login prompt not allowing the user to login. We have also replaced the cable to the PBX.

We have done this, no luck. I can log in via DSA software.

I have a ProLogix that the SAT is constantly running self test and won't finish login. Please assist.
