FTP daemon won't connect incoming
I have set up the ftp daemon under inetd and tcpd, but I can't connect to the Linux box from a W98 box. Telnet works fine. RED HAT 5.2 release Linux. Any suggestions ? The ftp appears to time out on the W98 box. I do get the 'connected to' message but then nothing except 'remote host...- SimonH
