Thank you pwhysall for your reply. Yes, I did compile the kernel with pci options and the 82371 is in the listing but the unknowns still appear. I am going to dig into the bios on this machine further to see if I can turn the usb options off for now and see if that helps...And also try to...- Jiggers

PCI bridge driver
does anyone know of a driver that may be compatible with the intel 82371xb PCI Bridge and linux? I get an unrecognized Pci slot message while booting and no modem as a result even though the OS sees my Video card. I am using an Abit system board if that helps.<br> Thank you in advance!- Jiggers
