Dynamic urls always fare bad compared to plain htm pages in google. There are many ways thru which extra characters such as ?,! etc cud be parsed but still I believe in plain htm doorway pages for stable top positions... Search for keywords within a website
The most simplest way to do it is by registering the site with google, let all pages get indexed. Then you can request google to allow a link (google) in your site with a search within a site link.- onlinexpert
