Well, you could disable the export dlls by renaming them to .old but that would be a broad sweep. Depending on how your reports are set up, you could use server groups to force some objects to use a certain (export dll restricted) page server. I can't think of a better way.

How about a plotter? They can handle paper a yard wide or more and I'm sure you can see that in CR with the right printer (plotter) driver.

Is the error message a http 500? I would delete the app mappings and re-create them (all 5) manually. You will have to type them in, don't use the Browse button, and use the 8.3 format (progra~1/seagat~1/.....). Oh and make sure you have the wcsinsapi.dll in that location. It happened to me once...

Make sure your browser always has the latest data. If you are using IE, go to Tools | Internet Options | Settings... and change the setting to Every Visit to the Page.
