I have found an answer to my own question .. boot to win2k and click on Start Control Panel System Advanced Startup Recovery ..make changes in System Startup- Braffit

Dual Boot System: Changing the default
I have both Windows98 and Windows 2000 installed on my C: drive, and when I start my system it asks which OS I want to boot to. If I make no selection, Win98 by default will load. I want to change the default to Win2k. How do I do that?- Braffit
