First thing to try I think is to disable DHCP on your server and give your server NIC a static ip of 192.168.0.1 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.
on eack of your clients give a static ip of 192.168.0.2 on the first and 192.168.0.3 on the next and so on all with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0...
