AMIS is the crap de la crap of networking protocols. If you are planning on occasional networking it may suffice, if you think there will be large amounts of networking traffic, stay away from AMIS. What type of system are you attempting to network to?
When you are configuring your SCB are you changing to AID (Agent ID Mode) from position ID mode? With Posid mode agets log in by hitting their Incalls Key twice, AID requires a log in code. The range for the codes is set at the IDLB and IDUB prompts.
Nortel has the Symposium and Symposium Express packages that perform the ACD routing as well as reporting. IF you are looking for a package that collects data off of the ACD-C2 reports, check out Switchview. They have an ACD reporting package.
You typically cannot conference until either you receive answer supervison or your EOD timer expires. To kill your EOD before expiry press the # key and se if your conference activates.
On the DMS side NTNAPRI is a variant used when communicating Nortel-Nortel. One thing that can get missed on the DMS side is the profile. It should be set to "SL1PROFL". If I remeber correctly, this parameter is set in TABLE: LTDEF on the DMS.

You need to enable traffic reporting. You will need to enable Customer Report 2 (TFC002). It will give counts on number of inbound/outbound, CCS, All trunks Busy etc. It's pretty archaic, but unless you want to spend money on a commercially available package its all you can do. Look at the...
Are you using Cook or Interalia announcers? If so, when the announcers are taken off-line to record, the Err220's will be generated while the unit is off-line.
Look at your Input/Output guide for LD 02. You can set your Spring/Fall Forward times/date and Backward times/date. This way the time will change automatically for you.
DFM - Interesting read. I too am with a very large enterprise business. We have done limited Cisco CM testing, and were about to to a fairly large pilot, but had it put on hold. Its funny the things you brought up (coverage groups, multiple appearances,) were some of the things along with...

Thanks. I found some good info on Ciscos web site also. From what I understand about it, it looks as though bandwidth is actually reserved, is that a correct assumption?
Can someone please explain TCCS (Transparent Clear Channel Signalling) to me? Which products support it? Does it work well? I was hoping that TCCS may be an answer for transporting a PRI circuit form point A-B without interfering with the D_Channel messaging.
Thanks
