I am looking for software that will forward the following non-http traffic.
MSSql, Oracle and Z39.50
I have heard about squid but can't seem to find evidence that it will forward on those ports.
Thanks
I'll ask a dumb question; Have you installed the actual RSA-II driver and are the RSA daemon/services running for your OS"
Not a dumb question at all! I hadn't a clue that you needed drivers for these dumb things. I am used to the HP ILO where nothing is needed.. Guess I need to do some more...
It has never worked before and after the firmware update.
I have tried 2 different versions of Java, 3 different browsers and IBM doesn't say much but change the port.
I have 6 RSA II adapters with the latest firmware installed. I can connect to the servers and do everything I need to do but remote to the client. The screen comes up black but never shows anything. I have even checked my java and slowed the rate of the video with no luck the best I could do was...
For some reason one of our users is no longer able to get voicemail from outside the company. You dial our number and enter the extesion... password... yada yada and you get the error " This mailbox is not accessible from the outside location please contact your admin"
I cannot seem to find...
Server kept crashing changed the scsi cards to a newer model as the old ones weren't available. They are said to be the right ones.
Got the server back up and running. When I first boot up.
The services start I can open the Arvserve it.
But the tapes are either saying updateing or dismounted...
I am just trying to find out as I need to rebuild the server once again due to scsi driver errors.
Was wondering if I rebuilt in 2000 if things would work a little better and will it be compatible.
Thanks
Peter
Mailbox says 36 messages only 17 in the mailbox. Not sure why this is happenging. Thought it had to do with an
oversized mailbox. So we archived about 77 megs worth but
still it shows there are 36 messages but only 17 show up.
THis is only happening in the Main Inbox.
Any ideas.
Thanks

NSLookup works just fine.
It is a an odd problem my laptop dials in but doesn't see the network, my test laptop dials in and can see the network. I can't seem to see the difference between the two.
Any ideas? I don't believe it on the client end but...
They are recieving an IP from the ISP Dhcp. Clients
are set to use our DNS and wins servers as we need them
to browse our intranet.
Should have to touch NETBios over TCP/IP because it worked before with or without it.. Not sure what we are set at right now.
Thanks
Users have been connecting through VPN for years.
We recently had a problem with internal browsing. A linux pc took over as Master browser that problem is fix and browsing has been restored. But when you dial in or use highspeed vpn you can no longer browse the network.
