    The guy told us that since our T1 was not PRI that we did not need a PRI enabler and that the caller ID info would filter down from the line to the MICS automatically. Sounds like we were misinformed?

    I am not sure about the 221 set, but will look into it... We dicussed the PRI issue with the sales guy and he stated that the enabler was not needed since we did not have a PRI T1 line.
