The only thing i did was edit the following file, /etc/mail/access and added my domain to the file saved and tried a new email and the problem was fixed. username@mydomain.com and not username@c17-ss-2-lb.cnet.com

The form is displaying a record called by a select query, so I can't have the master table with every record true. There is another query that is ran looking at that field for all the true values. There are no new records being entered. Hope this helps.
