    Fax problem on VOIP DCS

    They are all set to G711. I removed the fax extensions from the ars digit conversion table as a temporary fix, that way the 11 digit fax numbers route out the PSTN, instead of DCS.

    Is there a way to list all the unused/unassigned physical ports on the Magix system? I am using the WinSPM program. Also is a “logical port” the same as a physical port? I do not understand were in the system you would associate/dis-associate a port with an extension.

    FAX SPAM PROBLEM

    I had the same problem. I did some research and found that the calls were coming from a company called www.FAX.com I called Jimmy (949-916-6521) at this company and told him to take our DID’s off their list. The spam stopped almost immediately after calling him.
