Mouse press, mouse release when you click the link is when I want it to happen. -

Can I get any other events besides mouse over? such as on release? I am wanting to use the "open browser window" and have it only come up on mouse release in the resized window http://www.telusplanet.net/public/madscout/alumni.htm look at the "read Bio" link. Thanks -
