Just share some resolution I experience. Probably, check your csv files and date/time format of your system is the same. Also when generating a report, look at date/time range you select. BAR

I found that Sniffer counts error frames, despite it shouldn't, when a personal firewall is running on the same machine. Also I found that some XP PCs fail even to install 4.7 but some run fine. BA
