First I would ask how valuable the data is. If its worth less than x$'s then I would suggest Ontrack data recovery software. If its worth more than x$ then I would leave it up to the pro's like ECO Electronics. They are not as much as Ontrack and net the same results. Good luck

check out baremetal dpu over at unitrends backup. it's disk to disk 1U and I hung my tape drive off of it for archiving only. it's faster than any tape device I have here in the DC.
