Hey, thanks for the response, it's a 6.2 version, and CM is pointed to the WebLM on the SMGR VM machine. The system was installed in 2013 at the customer. I'm now checking that it was installed around the 25th of September 2013, that's exactly 9 years ago, coincidence? How do I get to the smgr...- Zman868
