We have an IP Office 500 with a couple of softphone licenses. Everything works as it should using the IP Office Phone manager software on a PC. Its quite an old unit running an old version of the software (4.2 (17))
While it works, the PhoneManager software is absolutely awful (IMHO)...

I have my "source of transfer" set to $CID on my transfer object, but it doesnt make any difference. Is there something else I should be trying?
I sadly dont have any control over our upstream provider for outbound calls - its a private PBX running in a hosted building...

I have a call flow setup using VM Pro with an IPOffice 500 as follows:
<External Call to office> -> <Is working week> -> Yes -> Transfer to internal hunt group -> No -> Transfer to external mobile phone.
All that works just fine.

The system was using DHCP when the problem first started occurring but I have since switched it all to static.
Its a pretty old installation but rebooted frequently. It was working fine and in the spirit of if it aint broke, dont fix it, i havent upgraded it for some time.
Its a V1
System software is currently 4.2(17) but Im going to try an upgrade tonight.
Oddly enough it seems to "last" longer when there is no voicemail server connected - although still eventually goes down - but its after hours rather than minutes.
