Ok i will try this, this will work with the 1120 ip phone? The main DN to the phone is the tech support number and main line is on key 2 and 3 on the other phones.- KerriTech

I am looking to forward the main line to our tech support department, but not the main switchboard number that is on the phone also. Is there a way to separate the lines when forwarding?- KerriTech
